HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36828 of 2016 ORDER:

1.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the respondents herein not to interfere in any manner with their personal liberty and civil disputes. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated in the affidavit that the 4th respondent is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.16.46 cents in Sy.No.87/1 of Vegiwada village, Pedavegi Mandal. He leased out the same to the petitioners on 1.6.2007. The petitioners developed the said land. While so, respondents Nos.4 and 5 are pressuring the petitioners to vacate the land and they attempted to enter into the land by breaking open the gate. Then, the petitioners filed a suit and obtained interim injunction in their favour. While so, at the instance of respondents Nos.4 and 5, respondents Nos.2 and 3 are summoning the petitioners, insisting them to compromise with respondents Nos.4 and 5 and threatening them.

4.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"Respondent No.2 and 3 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners more particularly, in any of the civil disputes in respect of the subject property. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the above respondents to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioners for cognizable offence."

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
