THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 32 OF 2019 O R D E R:

This is an Application seeking to appoint an auditor for auditing the Estate and Establishment Fund Account and the Company Paid Staff Terminal Benefit Fund Account for the period 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019.

As can be seen from the Application, for the financial year 2017-18, i.e.

for the period 01.04.2017 to 1.03.2018, M/s T. Badarinath & Associates, Chartered Accountants were appointed by this Court vide order dated 16.08.2018 in Company Application No. 421 of 2018 to audit the accounts of Estate and Establishment Fund Account and Company Paid Staff Terminal Benefit Fund Account. The Official Liquidator also stated in the affidavit that M/s T. Badarinath & Associates conducted audit and submitted the report. As the period to be audited is contiguous to 01.04.2017 to 01.03.2018, this Court finds it appropriate to appoint the same auditor to audit the accounts for the period 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019. As suggested by the Official Liquidator, Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) along with GST, as applicable, which is considered to be reasonable, is approved to be paid as fee to the auditors.
