THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3489 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in orally stopping the petitioners from laying an approach road from the main road to their fields in their own patta lands admeasuring Acs.3.25 guntas in Survey Nos.36/A/1, 36/A/2, 36/A/3 and 36/A/4 situated at Manpahad Village, Devaruppala Mandal in Warangal District, now Jangaon District.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the respondents never stopped the petitioners from laying the approach road from the main road to their fields, as the respondent Police are not the competent authorities to do so.
