Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that there is no proposal to acquire the land as of now in the subject property and the cause of action does not survive.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the appropriate authority as and when the respondents try to acquire the land without following due process of law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
