This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.51 of 2016 of Huzurnagar Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 19.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurnagar, and C.C.No.1108 of 2016 was assigned.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
