The main grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondent authorities have been attempting to demolish his house property situated in an extent of 214 square yards in R.S.No. 29/10, Block No.7, Yanamalakuduru Village, Penamaluru Mandal, Vijayawada Rural, Krishna District, without following the due process of law.
Sri D. Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that his client will not interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over his house property without following the due process of law. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
It is made clear that the 2nd respondent shall not demolish the house of the petitioner without following the due process of law and without adhering to the principles of natural justice. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
