1. On 21.O7 .2023, aJter hearing both sides, this contempt case was directed to be posted along with { W.P.No.8780 of 2023 after obtaining necessar5r orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justrce.

As per the note orders of the Hon'ble Chief Justice dated 01.08.2023, both the contempt case ald writ petition are listed before this Court 3.

Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondent No.6 seeks time for filing counter in W.P.No.8780 of 2023.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner insisted the Court to post the writ petition before the Bench which deals with service matters and keep the contempt pending till disposal of the writ petition.

In view of the a-forementioned submissions, this Contempt Case is closed and if the cause survives after disposa-l of the rvrit petition, the petitioner can hle a petition

i for restoration of the contempt case. There shall be no order as to costs.
