Heard the counsel for petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 3; and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments for respondent nos.4 and 5. 2.
The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied for issuance of Occupancy Rights Certificate under the Telangana Area (Abolition of Inams) Act, 1955 to the 1st respondent on 02.08.2016; and that the 1st respondent is not taking any action for disposal of the same.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, states that the 1st respondent will consider the said application within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, take appropriate decision thereon and communicate the same to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to consider the said application within a period of three
(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, take appropriate decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
