R.Srihari S/O Lakshminaidu v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.6498 OF 2014 ORDER:
Heard Mr.B.Chandrasekhar for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.
The petitioner challenges the action of respondents in seizing and sealing Mee-Seva centre run by petitioner at Ajjamooru Village, Akividu Mandal, as illegal and unconstitutional. On 25.03.2014, the following interim order was granted. "In spite of granting three adjournments, no instructions are forthcoming from the respondents. Hence, notice before admission.
Interim direction as prayed for."
The respondents filed petition to vacate the interim order dated 25.03.2014. From the enclosures filed along with the vacate stay petition, it is clear that on a few commissions or omissions by petitioner in rendering service at Mee-seva centre, notices have been issued and petitioner submitted explanation on 30.03.2014. This Court is of the view that, particularly having regard to the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the competent authority considers the notice, explanation and passes orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till a decision is taken and communicated as directed above, the interim order dated 25.03.2014 is directed to be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date05.07.2017 Stp
