Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. This Criminal Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Petitines/A.2 to A.3 along with A.1 are facing charges under Sections 498-A of I.P.C. and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and it is informed to this Court that C.C.No.471 of 2017 is presently pending on the file of XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District and the trial is under way. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that it is not a fit case to quash proceedings. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
