This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.39 of 2003 from the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to any Chief Judges Court at Hyderabad and Secunderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 03.07.2015. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being listed today under the said caption, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
