HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36763 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleaders for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in completing the registration of P.Regd.Nos.532, 533 of 2015 of Sub-Registrar, Guntur Rural, Guntur District, dated 29.07.2015 and 29.07.2015 respectively executed by Byreddy Mangamma, W/o.Byreddy Ramalinga Reddy, Dr.No.5/7, Kotha Veedhi, Pedamudiyam Village and Mandal in favour of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to complete the registration of the said documents in favour of the petitioners.

The petitioners claim to have purchased the property admeasuring 1613.17 square yards in D.No.320/B1, Guntur Rural, Guntur District vide documents No.P-532 and 533 of 2015, dated 29.07.2015 of SRO, Sub Registrar, Guntur-II Rural and District executed by Byreddy Mangamma. It is stated that though the entire amount is paid to the vendor and they are put in possession of the property, the Sub-Registrar is not processing the documents, on one pretext or the other, inspite of fulfilling all the necessary requirements as required under law. Challenging the inaction of the Sub-Registrar, the present Writ Petition came to be filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the documents of sale deeds were presented in the month of July, 2015, no orders are passed with regard to the same.

Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the concerned to pass orders in accordance with law. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the

circumstances stated above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders in respect of the document P.Regd.Nos.532, 533 of 2015 of Sub-Registrar, Guntur Rural, Guntur District, dated 29.07.2015 and 29.07.2015 respectively presented for registration, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
