HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:16410 OF 2013 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare that the prescription of eligibility criteria after conducting the examinations as illegal; to declare that the prescription of cut of percentage of marks for "Education" subject at 67% for General category for obtaining the pass certificate in SET as illegal; and to direct the respondents to declare that the petitioner secured minimum marks required for SET certificate and issue necessary SET pass certificate.

2. Perused the material available on record.

3. The present writ petition was filed in the year 2013. No interim order was passed by this Court earlier. Further, three academic years were already over. Therefore, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
