Learned Counsel for the appellants submits that this Court on 29.04.2025 passed an order in M.A.C.M.A.No.386 of 2021, and page No.7 of the Judgment, paragraph No.15 at point No.3 mistakenly ordered as "The respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to deposit the compensation" instead of "The respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are directed to deposit the compensation."

In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed to correct the order dated 29.04.2025, page No.7 of the Judgment, paragraph No.15 at point No.3 as "In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are directed to deposit the compensation."

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered and the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in M.A.C.M.A.No.386 of 2021 stands corrected with the

above observation.

Hence, the Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the said order.
