This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner against the respondent herein alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.2208 of 2017, dated 24.01.2017.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.2208 of 2017, dated 24.01.2017, had been complied with by the respondents; and hence, the Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
