When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents had informed this Court that challenging the Teacher Eligibility Test Notification issued during 2011, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition and due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
