HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6333 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "..to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent not to allow the respondents 2 to 5 or any other persons to establish or re-erect the Bunks/Kiosks on either side of the Vaishnavalayam temple road margin leading to main GNT road." When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.D.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent, states that all the encroachments have been removed.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that again the encroachments have come up.

In view of the same, the official respondents shall ensure that no road leading to Vaishnavalayam temple is encroached.

With the above direction, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
