The present revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 19.06.2015, passed in I.A.No.749 of 2014 in O.S.No.267 of 2011 on the file of learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit in O.S.No.267 of 2011 itself was dismissed with costs on 06.06.2016.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
