SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 36446 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Today, learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the correctness of the statement recorded by the Tribunal in Paragraph-5 of its order, dated 21.08.2014. What transpired in the Court can only be verified from what is recorded in the order. If what is recorded is disputed, the person disputing should go back to the Tribunal and say that he did not say so. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal questioning the correctness of the statement recorded by the Tribunal in Paragraph-5 of its order, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
