HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.2147 of 2014 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the fact that investigation in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioner that dispute is civil in nature and petitioner is an aged lady, the police of Khanapuram Haveli PS, Khammam District are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused in Cr.No.61 of 2014 during the course of investigation. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
