Nobody is appearing for the petitioner since 10.07.2013, though the revision petition was listed on three occasions thereafter. Even today, when the matter is taken up hearing, none appears for the

petitioner.

The civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
