Srinivasa Raju, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law as and when a fresh cause of action arises.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Interim order dated 12.03.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
