HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 23871 of 2002 O R D E R:

When the writ petition came up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 that the petitioners were appointed as Junior Plant Attendants during the year 1994-1995 and that in pursuance of the interim orders dated 29.01.2002, passed by this Court in WPMP No.29964 of 2002, respondent No.2 considered the case of the petitioners and rejected. Challenging the same, another writ petition in WP No.44628 of 2017 was filed. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for petitioners.

Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
