The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed representation dated 02.07.2011 followed by reminder dated 01.10.2015 to the 3rd respondent seeking appointment on compassionate grounds and for release of the death benefits viz., Gratuity, service benefits and Provident Fund, pertaining to his father Sri Thorati Peddakapu, who died on 01.12.2010 and the same is not being disposed of till date. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. Since the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
