THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.4984 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents 3 & 4 in opening the rowdy sheet against the petitioner as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, set aside the same. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner for closing the rowdy sheet opened against him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondents 2 & 3 ventilating his grievance in opening the rowdy sheet against him. On filing such representation, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within one month from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
