THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.41192 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that there is a factual mistake in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and hence seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners as sought for by them. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
