HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 19157 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as per circular dated 11.9.1992 with all attendant benefits. When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that while admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents not to terminate the services of the petitioner as Technical Mastry in Civil Department, vide order dated 22.10.2002 in WPMP No.24081 of 2002.

In pursuance of the interim order dated 22.10.2002 passed by this Court in WPMP No.24081 of 2002, if the petitioner is continuing in service, he shall not be disturbed.
