THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 2595 of 2014 O R D E R:- Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 14.02.2015. 1.

Sri B.Jithender, learned counsel for revision petitioner/ accused and Sri T.Ashok, learned counsel for respondent No.2 are present. The parties also present before the Lok-Adalat. 2.

Both the parties have filed a joint memo stating that the petitioner herein paid an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondent No.2 through D.D. bearing No. 634864 dated 12.02.2014 for Rs.1,00,000/- and D.D.No.634865 dated 12.02.2015 for Rs.50,000/- from Indusind Bank, Medak Branch. A copy of the compromise memo is also filed before the Lok-Adalat. 3.

Therefore, the matter stands closed in terms of the joint memo. Accordingly, settled.

In view of the award dated 14.02.2015 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed. __________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J 25.03.2015 gkv
