Petitioner filed O.A.No.7327 of 2013 challenging the proceedings dated 30.09.2013 of the District Collector (Panchayats) -3rd respondent transferring the 5th respondent to the District Panchayat Office, Medak at Sanga Reddy. The said transfer is challenged on the ground that it is in violation of the Government orders in G.O.Ms.No.119 dated 17.05.2013. No interim order was granted and the 5th respondent joined in the place of posting in terms of the impugned order. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner was that he was not considered for promotion and by virtue of transferring the 5th respondent his promotion chances were affected. 4.

In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the District Panchayat Officer, Medak, it is stated that petitioner was promoted as Senior Assistant on 06.06.2014 and posted to the office of Divisional Panchayat Office, Siddipet and he also joined in the said office to the said post on 25.06.2014.

In view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are required. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (Tr) is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition (Tr) shall stand closed.
