THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.41722 OF 2015 O R D E R :

Heard.

The petitioner's request for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds was declined by the second respondent under his Memo, dated 21.11.2015, in Rc.No.B/1287/2015, on the ground that as per the report submitted by the Village Revenue Officer, the land for which the petitioner sought for pattadar pass books belongs to reserve forest. The petitioner questions the said Memo on the ground that without hearing the petitioner, the said endorsement is given and the petitioner's vendors were already given pattadar pass books and title deeds and the sale in favour of the petitioner was also registered in pursuance of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.29775 of 2014, dated 30.11.2014.

2. I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition as the rejection of request to grant pattadar pass books and title deeds is within the jurisdiction of the second respondent and if the petitioner is dissatisfied with the said order, the petitioner has sufficient remedies available under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Act, 1971, and there is no reason to byepass the said remedies and entertain the present writ petition. 3.

Hence, with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies available under law, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
