Petitioner's husband was employed in the erstwhile combined State of Andhra Pradesh and he died on 27.11.2015. Petitioner seeks payment of pensionary benefits including Gratuity, Encashment of Earned Leave, GPF, etc. of her husband.

The Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) appearing for respondents states that on 30.09.2016, the petitioner's husband's allocation pursuant to the A.P. Bifurcation Act, 2014 was made to the State of Andhra Pradesh.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the A.P. Administrative Tribunal for the reliefs sought for in this Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
