HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE M.S.K . J AISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14324 of 2014 ORDER:

On an earlier occasion, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate. However, today when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the same, it appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the Criminal Petition. The Criminal Petition is therefore dismissed for non prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
