This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.71 of 2011 on the file of the Station House Officer, Shadnagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
