However, today the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents placed Memo No.56B0/SCD.Ednl2Ol4-3, Dated 21.1I.2014 stating that the petitioner is not eligible for scholarship on the ground tl'rat the petitioner has taken spot admission. The candidates who have taken spot admissions are not eligible for scholarship as matter of policy.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
