The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.L.N.Swamy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor (AP) for Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the petitioner while submitting that the petitioner is ready to settle the issue by way of paying amounts to the persons, from whom he received the money, has sought for a direction to the respondentpolice not to arrest the petitioner. Considering the above said submission. The respondent-police are directed not to arrest the petitioner so as to enable him to settle the issue by paying the amounts to the persons, from whom he collected the money. Post on 28-10-2015.

It is made clear that in case, the petitioner fails to settle the issue as stated by the Counsel for the petitioner, this criminal petition will be decided on merits.
