HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3356 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and this Criminal Petition is disposed of at the admission stage having regard to the fact that in the instant case charge sheet is filed and the same was taken cognizance and registered CC No. 826 of 2017 by the First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Khammam. The matter is now at the stage of framing of charges.

In that view of the matter, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek for his discharge, in which case, the trial Court shall pass an appropriate order on merits.

Having regard to the submission of the petitioner that the petitioner is a resident of Hyderabad, his personal appearance before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the occasions where the trial Court requires his presence.
