These Writ Petitions are filed challenging the notifications calling for applications for appointment of permanent fair price shop dealers in Penukonda Revenue Division and Melapuram -I, Anantapur District.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies that the impugned notifications were withdrawn in order to enable the authorities to prepare a permanent roster register, and a fresh notification would be issued after preparation of register.

In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
