THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11292 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner to direct the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hindupur to dispose of C.F. No.3037 of 2014 pending on its file.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hindupur is directed to dispose of C.F. No.3037 of 2014 as early as possible. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
