This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not implementing the orders of Tribunal in O.A.No.4984 of 2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Once the order in the O.A.No.4984 of 2014 has become final, the respondents are obligated to implement the same. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to implement the order of the Tribunal in O.A.No.4984 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
