HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 2561 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.34267 of 2016 in W.P.No.27667 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 19.01.2017 implementing the said interim order. In view of the same, no further action is required in the Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
