THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No.154 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri P.V. Aruna Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 09.04.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the matter has been settled mutually vide a Memorandum of Settlement Agreement dated 20.03.2018, therefore, his client intends to withdraw the Company Petition No.154 of 2016. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Inasmuch as, the Company Petition has not been admitted as on date, acceding to the prayer of the petitioner, permission is accorded.

Accordingly the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
