This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.665 of 2010 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
