HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34089 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent dated 08.09.2014 asking the petitioner to vacate the Government family accommodation in quarter No.T-1/1321, SG Puram, CISF UMIT VPT, Visakhapatnam.

None appears for the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner vacated the quarter and hence nothing survives for consideration.
