HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 21021 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No. 19 of Irapadu village, Kothuru Mandal, Srikakulam District. While so, the Fair Price Shop of the petitioner was inspected by the Vigilance and Enforcement Orfficials, Srikakulam and found some variations. Thereafter 6-A proceedings were initiated and the same are pending. Be that as it may, the Tahsildar submitted a report on 5.5.2015, based on which, the third respondent issued a show cause notice to the petitioner on 12.5.2015. The petitioner submitted her explanation

on 22.5.2015. Being not satisfied with the said explanation, the third respondent passed the impugned order dated 27.5.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner. Challenging the same, though the petitioner preferred an appeal to the second respondent, she also filed the present Writ Petition. In view of the huge variation in the quantities of rice, wheat and sugar, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. However, as the petitioner has already submitted her explanation on 22.5.2015, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly following the principles of natural justice.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
