O R D E R

The petitioner in this writ petition alleges that though no crime is registered against him, respondents 3 and 4 - police authorities are frequently summoning him to the police station and interfering with his life and liberty. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the Assistant Sub Inspector of Police, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate dated 11.06.2019, wherein the allegations of the petitioner are specifically denied, and it is stated that as per the writ averments, there is a financial dispute between the petitioner and one Vinay Anand, for which police have nothing to do and that the petitioner is unnecessarily involving the police into civil litigation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
