The writ petitioner filed W.P.M.P.No.12301 of 2016 seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the orders/sale deed issued by the 2nd respondent pursuant to the interim orders passed in this writ petition.

Leave granted.

W.P.M.P.No.12301 of 2016 is accordingly ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
