THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5044 of 2016 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17-102015 and file charge sheet in F.I.R.No.167 of 2015 forthwith in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Relying upon the written instructions dated 26.03.2016 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that charge sheet dated 14.03.2016 was laid before the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, in relation to Crime No.167 of 2015. A copy of the said charge sheet is also placed on record.

3. In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.
