B/186/05, dated. 10.02.2010, in respect of Sy.No. 298, an extent of Acc.2.00 gts, and another Sy.No. 300A/3/A, an extent of Acc.1.0O gts including issuance of Pattadar Passbook vide pattadar pass book No. T10080042135 and Katha No.3059, which was fraudulently and illegally issued by the Sth respondent and his authorities and entered the above mentioned agriculture land on the name of 6th unofficial respondent, despite 6th unofficial respondent neither having any authority, nor power or title over the above mentioned patta land, and same as been illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and it's nothing but misuse of their official powers, and also pecuniary advantage by abusing their positions as public servant sand also violation of Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of lndia and also its contrary to T.S.

Rights in land and pattadar pass books Acl 2O20 and its Rules and consequently set-aside the impugned illegal mutation proceeding issued by the sth respondent herein, vide No. 13-B and 13-C, vide No. ROR 8/185/05, dated. 10.O2.2O1O and another proceedings No. ROR B/186/05, dated. 10.02.2010, in respect of Sy.No. 298, an extent of Acc.2 00 gts, and another Sy.No.300A/3/A, an extent ofAcc.1.00 gts, situated at Husnabad Town and Mandal, Siddipet District, meanwhile add the subject property with the prohibited property list including Dharani website in respect of Passbook vide pattadar pass book No. T10080042135 and Katha No.3059, in respect of above mentioned agriculture land, by considering the petitioner detailed representation, dated. 22.03.2024 along with online Application No. 2400024874, dated. 29.03.
