THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1450 of 2016 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 06.5.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.829 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.31 of 2010 passed by the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

2. The 2nd respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner No.1, filed the above D.V.C. against the petitioner No.1 and his family members, who are petitioners 2 to 4 herein. Along with the above D.V.C., the 2nd respondent-wife also filed the above Crl.M.P. seeking to grant interim maintenance of Rs.40,000/- per month. The learned trial Judge allowed the petition directing the petitioner No.1 herein to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- p.m., to the 2nd respondent herein from June, 2016 towards interim maintenance. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed the present revision.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record.

4. There is no dispute as to the relationship between the parties. In view of the same and in view of the pendency of the main case, without expression any opinion on the merits of the case, this revision case is disposed of with the following direction: I) The petitioner No.1 is directed to pay Rs.5,000/- per month to the 2nd respondent herein towards interim maintenance on or before 10th of every succeeding month till disposal of the above D.V.C.; II) The trial Court is directed to dispose of the above D.V.C., as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
