HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.5198 of 2017

ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the complaints dated 16.1.2017 & 31.1.2017 lodged by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 to 6, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that even before filing the writ petition, the 6th respondent lodged a complaint stating that her son viz., Puli Venkata Chakra Pradeep was missing and the same was registered as a case in Cr.No.196 of 2016 on 19.12.2016. During the course of investigation, three witnesses were examined, their statements were recorded and that investigation is in progress. He further submits that the petitioner also lodged a complaint with regard to missing of said Puli Venkata Chakra Pradeep, who is none other than his son-in-law. As the 6th respondent has already lodged a complaint and crime in the earlier case is being investigated, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 22nd February, 2017 rkk[
